With over 25 recipes, the cookbook provides a variety of meal ideas to help parents create delicious and healthy dishes for their little ones.

The recipes are crafted in partnership with dietitian Dr. Monique Piderit, offering a range of options suitable for kids. The cookbook includes nutrition tips, a time-saving 2-week meal plan, and vibrant illustrations featuring space critters to engage children in the cooking process.

B-well, known for its oils, mayonnaises, and dips made from locally grown canola, emphasizes good-for-you fats.   • Ingredients:

    • 2 cups cake flour
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
    • A pinch of ground nutmeg
    • 3 tablespoons B-well Thick & Creamy Mayonnaise
    • 1¼ cups milk
    • 1 tablespoon B-well Sandwich Spread
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • Instructions:

    • Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
    • Mix mayonnaise, milk, sandwich spread, and vanilla extract.
    • Add wet ingredients and mashed sweet potatoes to dry ingredients; stir until well combined.
    • Cook waffles following your waffle maker’s instructions.

2. Veggie-Packed Meatballs:

  • Ingredients:

    • 500 grams lean minced meat
    • 1 cup finely chopped mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, spinach)
