This recipe features layers of creamy white cream and crispy KitKat pieces, topped off with a rich chocolate ganache. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 box of milk cream
  • 500ml of milk
  • 180 grams of chocolate
  • 1 box of cream
  • Cookies (cornstarch works well)
  • Milk to moisten the biscuits
  • KitKat bars

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch, and powdered milk. Mix until the dry ingredients dissolve.
  2. Add the milk and cream to the pan and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat and mix until it boils. Then, let it cool to room temperature or put it in the fridge for a few minutes.
  3. Once the cream is chilled or at room temperature, start assembling the pave. Begin with a layer of cream and another layer of biscuits. Alternate this process until it reaches the top of the platter. Reserve.
  4. Melt the chocolate with the cream in the microwave or in a water bath.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the pave and spread it evenly.
  6. Cut the KitKat bars into small pieces and place them on top of the chocolate ganache.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Enjoy your delicious KitKat Pave dessert!

Note:

You can use any type of cookies you like for this recipe, but cornstarch cookies work especially well. Use milk to moisten the biscuits if needed, so they stick together well. This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
