It can be used on your feet, back, neck and shoulders to ease tension througout your body. Reflexology is excellent during pregnancy as it has other health benefits. Comfortable shoes
Flat shoes or sandals that have a low heel and are not restrictive, can ease back pain associated with pregnancy. You may even want to invest in a pair of shoes that is one size larger or wider than you normally wear.

Sleeping with a pillow between your legs or use of a pregnancy pillow will help you rest better.

Herbal teas like chamomile are good for relaxation. Ginger tea can help with nausea.
Skin care
Drinking lots of water and eating fresh foods helps to keep your skin well hydrated. Products that contain vitamin E are best for pregnancy. Cocoa butter can be used to help keep yout skin soft and supple.

- To help heartburn, eat some fresh cucumber with the skin to ease the acidity.
